Our client is looking for a target focussed, commercial sales manager with strong coaching skills to help build a new team operating in the energy supply sector. This team’s primary aim is to open up warm opportunities in the public, industrial and commercial sectors, setting up software demonstrations and/or meetings for the sales team to attend and close the sale. It is not essential to have energy industry experience. This is an exciting opportunity with great potential to further your career both professionally and financially.
Essential competencies, skills & experience:
- Minimum of 5 years B2B telesales experience
- Minimum of 3 years in a coaching/mentoring capacity
- Must have experience of setting appointments for software and/or professional consultancy services.
- Proven experience of leading and driving prospecting campaigns
- Task focussed and also a passion for coaching
- Experienced in managing databases and client lists
